A postgraduate or professional qualification in planning, engineering, economics, business administration (MBA), finance, or related field.

Excellent analytical, quantitative, qualitative, strategic thinking, communication ability and decision-making skills.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and clearly, using succinct tools; build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Able to work well with people at all levels from C-Suite to external teams.

• Strong attention to detail and an ability to establish and meet deadlines/budgets. Have a keen interest in sectors we serve with an eye for identifying synergies and future trends.

• Good interpersonal and organizational skills to lead meetings and build relationships across operational and sales teams.

• Strong organizational, management, analytical and research skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at any one time

• Experienced in working within teams within fast-paced environment. Exceptional listening, communication, influencing and presentation skills.

• Serve as the primary market solutions senior consultant for utility clients in the northeast or other regions as warranted

• Work with both E&P and cross-market sales and operations leadership to identify, position for, and execute proposals for opportunities especially focused in the northeast .

• Partner with sales leadership across other business units to collaborate on cross-market client opportunities (e.g. transmission and distribution program management, staff augmentation, offshore wind)

• Leverage conferences and value-add industry engagements to meet with key client leaders, find new key talent, position for opportunities, and promote industry thought leadership

• Take on client facing roles, such as client relationship development and ownership, when needed, and assist Client Growth Managers with regional customer inferface as needed.

• Engage with Client Growth Managers, and Ops and client services on Go/No Go decisions for E&P and cross-market related opportunities.

• Work to identify partnering opportunities with financiers, contractors, developers, subconsultants, and other consulting organizations.

• Drive a “One Jacobs” mindset by actively cross-selling opportunities for other E&P submarkets as well as other BU opportunities
