Lead IT Analyst
Responsibilities: Work towards an industry leading API and Microservices based digital landscape. Responsible for analyzing the business requirements and solutions that align with enterprise standards and enhance the customer experience.
Interact with business stakeholders to discover, capture, and assess project requirements and produce required documentation.
Work with UX to create wireframes to explain the requirements and draft user stories.
Provide business requirements that technical leads can translate into architected solutions.
Work on projects to implement the user stories captured. Collaborate with technical resource to ensure the solution is developed per the requirements.
Ensure solution is tested and validated to achieve desired outcome, including support of end users with systems validation Configure platforms, leveraging the out of the box software platform capabilities.
