Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Digital Sales Specialist you’ll become a trusted go-to expert. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across the Sales team – advising and supporting on client engagements throughout the critically important early phases of the sales cycle, and helping to lead prospects to our award winning cloud solutions.

- Deal Closure Prediction: Predicting deal closures and effectively communicating forecasts.
- Upsell and Cross-sell Support: Supporting colleagues in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Campaign Activation: Activating new business campaigns in collaboration with IBM leadership.
- Use-Case & Proof of Concept Design: Collaborating to design use-cases and proofs of concept.
- Value Proposition Presentation: Presenting compelling value propositions to clients.
- Territory Planning and development (revenue, business partners and OI)
- Signings / Win Revenue attainment
- Total revenue for assigned clients
- New client acquisition, cross-sell and expansion
- Client satisfaction / NPS
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Fluent in English
- Skills into storage platform, sales and work with business partners
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Multilingual (english, portuguese), technical skills into IT platforms
