Key Responsibilities

  • Interface with OEM customers in an integrated approach to Retrofits, Modifications, and Upgrades
  • Formulate overarching growth strategy associated with Defense OEMs
  • Coordinate with BDS, BDG, RPI Leaders to increase RMU Pursuits
  • Coordinate and Strategize Sales Campaigns for various product offerings across platforms, OEM, or in conjunction with DAA
  • Ensure proper overall focus on capture targets derived from existing Honeywell technologies
  • Collaborate with OEMs to offer value propositions that mutually benefit the customer and Honeywell.
  • Lead cross-OEM pursuit strategies

You Must Have

  • Security Clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering
  • 10+ Years Experience working with Customer
  • 6+ Years Experience in Sales/Business Development
  • 6+ Years of Strategic Business Planning
  • 5+ Years managing a team of experienced Salespersons
