We are looking for a
Principal Software Engineering Leadto help us build robust automation for these functions through well engineered systems and at the same time design and build the next gen, ML based, recommendation engine to enable cost and schedule modeling, supply planning, execution planning etc. while integrating with the bigger CO+I ecosystem.

  • This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Washington, D.C., Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ.
  • Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must ​relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location.
  • This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work, up to 100%.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience including, but not limited to D365, SAP S/4 Hana, SAP IBP OR equivalent engineering systems
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience in delivering SAP/IBP implementation and direct involvement in activities such as configuring the solution based on business requirements, setting up and managing security profiles, establishing integrations with existing systems such as D365 and Azure Stack and coordinating any data loads and reporting for the solution.
  • 2+ years people management experience.

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ yearstechnical engineering experience including, but not limited to D365, SAP S/4 Hana, SAP IBP or OR equivalent engineering systems
    • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 10+ yearstechnical engineering experience including, but not limited to D365, SAP S/4 Hana, SAP IBP OR equivalent engineering systems
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years people management experience
  • Experience working through the full product cycle from initial design to rapid production deployment.
  • Experience working in construction/capital projects and integration of supply chain activities into Engineering, Procurement and Construction.
  • Experience creating and shipping V1 products using modern development practices.
  • Experience using agile methodologies and/or test-driven development (TDD).
  • Experience with shipping software products across multiple platforms/devices
  • Ability to incorporate and understand the needs of our diverse customer base, including customers using assistive technology.

Responsibilities
  • Perform end-to-end SAP IBP implementation activities (requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, system configuration & customization, system integration testing, UAT and go-live, etc.).
  • Resolve complex system integration challenges working with other members of the team and external teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and demonstrate features developed in an Agile environment.
  • Design, architect and provide technical leadership for peer developers.
  • Share learnings and code assets developed with the CO+I engineering team.
  • Manage, coach and grow the careers of individual contributions.
