Your Responsibilities Include:

• Improve, maintain, and troubleshoot the distribution replenishment process within Kinaxis Rapid Response and SAP.
• Lead projects to enhance system effectiveness and process efficiency.
• Communicate key priorities and best practices to the Global Supply Chain community.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across SAP, Kinaxis - Rapid Response, and other supporting systems.
• Create and improve training content for global users.
• Provide business process and systems support to the end users.
• Construct and adhere to project plans, identify dependencies and resource requirements, communicate project status and escalate issues.
• Actively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification, and standardization capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• 5+ years experience in supply chain processes and systems
• Experience with SAP / ERP systems and advanced supply chain planning software
• Strong analytical problem-solving and ability to structure and perform data analysis.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with individuals on all levels

Preferred Qualifications:

• Systems Experience: SAP ECC / S4, Kinaxis Rapid Response, Atlassian Jira
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with Medical Device or Life Sciences

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
