• Maximize Growth with Market Development Funds: Lead comprehensive analyses and establish industry-leading best practices to maximize the impact, growth potential, and return on investment of Market Development Funds
• Empower Teams with Expert Training: Deliver expert training and technical support for reporting processes, empowering Business Group Global Channel teams with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
• Expand Reach with Strategic Distribution Mapping: Conduct thorough analyses to map distribution coverage, identifying and capitalizing on new growth opportunities to expand market reach.

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Five (5) years of experience in analytical, channel, business within private, public, government, or military environments.

Additional qualifications that could further enhance your success in this role include:

• Industry Experience : Experience and familiarity with B2B distribution industry practices and best practices.
• Financial Acumen : Ability to understand financial statements and triangulate channel information into action plans.
• Adaptability to New Systems : A demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technical reporting systems within complex matrix organizations.
• Technical Proficiency : Strong proficiency in using and designing data analysis tools such as Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint and data management software.
