This position also requires the management and oversight of a sizeable contingent workforce (CW) including an Integrated Facilities Management contract that consolidates a portion of our outsourced activities.
Strategically manage the cafe, workplace services and fitness supplier's required deliverables as outlined in the food service, site services and fitness contract for the site. Deliverables include required cafe, workplace services and fitness contracting, marketing, technology, sustainability objectives, finance, culinary programs, sanitation and safety.
Sponsor the cafe, workplace services and fitness suppliers in CWOS, provide support when needed.
Observe day to day site activities to ensure supplier execution meets program expectations. Partner with procurement organization to manage to KPI's and supplier scorecard metrics on a quarterly basis.
Participate in quality audits to ensure contractual needs are met.
Support food, site services and fitness suppliers to clear any potential roadblocks to successfully meet organizational expectations and contract requirements.
Ensure implementation of Intel Wellness Programs and Marketing as developed in partnership with the Global Wellness Program Manager and Suppliers (Fitness and Cafes).
Participate in global cafe, workplace services and fitness collaboration meetings and collaborate with regional services partners.
Own the CS Satisfaction Survey results analysis, partner with global programs office to develop action plans for underperforming areas and execute action plans to drive improvements.
Engage in construction design projects and implement or upgrade Intel Standards for cafe services, site services, fitness programs, free fruit and beverage program.
Manage capital equipment requests for cafes, workplace services and fitness for the Ireland Site, follow the capital priority process set forth by the EMEA regional manager.
Ireland site point of contact for mergers, acquisitions, for cafe, site services and fitness programs. Partner with FMS and CRESD to transition services for mergers and acquisitions, contract alignment, services alignment, Intel Standards and Programs.
Support and advocate for the local supplier to drive success
Resolve escalations from cafe, workplace services and fitness suppliers, and from customers.
Co-ordinate and fund facility repairs and infrastructure improvements to the cafes and fitness centre, in line with agreed CS standards
Qualifications
Experience of managing and influencing an organization of upwards of 130 people.
Deep understanding of Incident and Injury Free philosophy, Ireland Environmental and Safety - Compliance requirements, and Health and Safety at Work as it pertains to the role.
Experience of managing a multi-million-dollar budget, and strong understanding of corporate financial systems, contracting strategies and governance.
Experience of managing a highly diverse organization.
Experience in the provision of Employee Services required to enhance the employee experience.
Understanding of the advantages and provisions of an Integrated Facilities Management system.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
