Financial Services (FS) Digital Marketing & Events Specialist
Reporting to:

• Maintain www.eyfsthoughtgallery.ie
• Work with the Communications lead on the execution of the content strategy/plan
• Manage content from EY FS leaders and keep their Bio’s up to date including photo shoots
• Write and co-ordinate web content for specific campaigns ensuring strong SEO
• Analyse and test all links and content to ensure accuracy and accessibility
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of online activity – google analytics
• Manage enquiries generated from the website
• Assist with e-marketing and issuing invitations and newsletters
• Manage social media platforms with emphasis on Linkedin
• Help identify and manage strategic online advertising opportunities
• Drive online engagement internally within the firm

• Manage events from request to execution.
• Responsibility for sending out e-communications for all marketing-led events
• Monitoring responses, recording them and being the point of contact to invitees
• Manage and assist with promoting events internally and externally to increase awareness
• Sourcing costs and availability for venues, AV equipment, catering, printing etc
• Ensuring all event material adheres to the firm's corporate style
• Assembling delegate packs
• Setting up stands and being present at events, both on and off-site
• Attending to the registration desk and greeting attendees upon arrival
• Recording and reporting attendance information after each event

• Dealing with marketing queries and referring appropriately
• Couriering of all marketing materials to various locations
• Researching and sharing competitor intelligence
• Maintain our CRM database

• Qualified to degree level or equivalent
• Event & digital marketing experience essential
• Organisational and project management skills
• Editing and proof-reading skills
• Understanding of digital platforms
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong word, excel and powerpoint skills
• Innovative and creative thinker
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to prioritise competing demands
