Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in professional services in an Enterprise Software or cloud company or similar experience in practice leadership or profit and loss (P&L) management roles in consulting or IT services industry.
- Experience planning and executing scaled engagement with partners to meet or exceed business goals, and experience launching new Go-to-Market offerings.
- Experience in partnership and channel models for cloud, SaaS, services and advisory programs.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience engaging and driving development of SI practices with leading fast growth PE funded SIs.
- Experience working with C-level executives and business leaders and ability to navigate sophisticated and nuanced business conversations.
- Ability to assume increasing responsibility in a highly successful, fast-paced global organization.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and share talent and ideas to achieve a broader organizational goal.
- Passion for practice development and delivery excellence with the ability to achieve quick results.
- Excellent problem solving, communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
