Basic qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of program management experience in the testing and deployment of consumer hardware/ software products
• Previous experience in Quality Assurance testing including test design, standardized data collection, and data analysis
• Previous experience managing lab technicians
• Previous experience in retail operations
• Previous experience crafting and validating customer-facing SOPs
• Previous experience teaching and communicating complex topics written and verbally to diverse audiences
• Previous experience analyzing risk/reward tradeoffs and making decisions in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment
• Able to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%
• PMP Certification
• Lean Six Sigma certification/trainingPreferred qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar technical field
Key job responsibilities
• Managing both functional and customer experience (CX) testing of new technology
• Being an active contributor in test design
• Providing technical and CX feedback to development teams
• Supporting technology deployments at customer sites
• Collect customer feedback and quantify operational impacts of new technology
• Summarize results in writing for presentation to development team leadership
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience of Six Sigma/ Lean analytical techniques
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Bachelor's degree
- PMP certificate
