Job description of Strategic Alliance and Project Manager

Under the supervision of Director, Commercial Operations and Strategy, this role is expected to include the following activities:

Alliance Partner Management and Financial Commitment Delivery

• Deliver financial target of alliance business through enabling alliance partner to develop comprehensive business plan/product strategy, ensure sales force excellence in driving execution with meeting our company's compliance standard.
• Drive alignment between multiple stakeholders in in-market target setting and identifying key performance indicators.
• Work with supply chain team (SCM) to ensure fulfilling supply requirement based on contract.
• Act as a thought partner to brainstorm, problem solve, debate and advocate ideas as needed.
• Preserve well documentation of materials/communication as needed to fulfill audit requirement.
  

Process Innovation and Governance

• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and work with process owners/technical support team to drive process innovation.
• Enforce governance on automation processes (Power Automate) and ensure updated SDLC assessment.
• Lead pricing governance together with MAEA and Finance team to drive optimized gross-to-net for our company
  

Commercial Analytic and Execution

• Analyze internal and external market intelligence to identify opportunities for growth and partner with Business Units to develop implementation plan.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare related field, MBA degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry. Experience in managing business through third party partner is a plus.
• Experience in diabetes therapeutic area is a plus.
• Experience in pricing strategy and analytic is a plus.
• Strong data driven mindset: ability to analyze, synthesize insights based on data and interpret into soundbite messages to communicate/influence stakeholders.
• Experience in presenting to senior leaders and cross-function communication.
• Problem solver, team player, openminded with can-do mindset.
