USPTO Registration and BS degree in a technical field such as biomedical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or physics required.
5+ years drafting and prosecuting patent assets, managing portfolios, developing patent strategies, conducting patent analysis, and providing support for licensing, transactions, and litigation efforts.
Experience with health and wellness technologies and/or medical devices.
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
JD and at least one state bar admission.
5+ years of relevant experience at a top law firm and/or in-house legal department.
Familiarity with FDA and international regulatory processes and their interplay with patents.
Experience with electronic hardware, software, and AIML technologies.
Familiarity with post issuance challenge proceedings in the US and internationally.
