Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years technical experience in software engineering, CRM, service engineering, or systems engineering
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years’ experience in CRM analysis, design and delivering Dynamics 365 solutions
- 3+ years’ experience in Dynamics 365 management tools (e.g. XRMToolbox, Modern & Classic Administration Console, DataVerse API)
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience working with Microsoft stack of products and general technology background.
- Knowledge of Dynamics CRM architecture, customization, and development tools. Designing system solutions using available functionality, platform extensions and extensibility.
- Software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies; create and maintain SDLC documentation.
- Application architecture, multi-tiered applications and integration designs between Dynamics 365 applications and Microsoft products.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, TypeScript, JavaScript or SQL.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in teams.
- Applicable Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-210, PL-200, etc.)
