As an experienced member of our team, you will manage our largest and most complicated projects and client services in planning, design and services during construction. In addition to leading projects, you’ll play an integral role in mentoring more junior staff, forming long-term relationships with clients and pursuing new work, including marketing and strategy development, positioning, procuring, and negotiating contracts. As Project Lead, you will lead multidiscipline planning and design teams to complete tasks within established schedules and budgets and help advance our business development strategies. - Bachelor’s Degree in Civil engineering or a related discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure from the State of California or ability to obtain within 12 months.
- Demonstrated understanding of transit and rail design and planning.
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated self-starter.
- Project management experience for Transit/Rail projects.
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and win work.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- At least 15 years of experience.
- Strong network with Transit/Rail municipalities
