Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years people management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role.
- 3+ years people management experience
- 2+ years talent acquisition experience supporting Early in Profession or University hiring
- Experience working with stakeholders and/or candidates in multiple countries
- Experience in program management, scaling talent delivery, and driving process improvement/transformation.
- Ability to operate with autonomy in ambiguous and complex environments on a global scale.
- Sound judgement, critical thinking, and a demonstrated inclusive approach with your team, candidates, and key stakeholders.
