What you’ll do

• Run Strategic/Tactical Supplier Management & maintain our supplier portfolio
  • Support in Global Supplier selection & rate card negotiation
  • Support in Global Supplier network management (strategic planning per supplier, individual supplier performance management; supplier visits, relationship building)
  • Support in accounting and controlling
  • Support in alignment with regional SAP stakeholders
  • Alignment with SAP’s Global Purchasing Organization (GPO)
  • Support purchasing guidelines
  • Support in supplier portfolio analysis and evaluate strategic development of suppliers
• Run Operational Supplier Management
  • Governance, Performance and Escalation Management for individual
  • Resourcing (bid process)
  • Purchase order handling and staffing (Fieldglass)
  • Supplier On-boarding & Supplier performance management
  • Trouble shooting & Escalation handling
  • Accounting and controlling (time recording management, cost allocation procedures)

Required skills

• 5-8 years of experiences in IT Services Industry
• Flexibility to work with different time zones and regions and to handle multiple complex topics in parallel
• Analytical thinking and decision-making ability
• Strong problem-solving capabilities in complex environments
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a dynamic & global team
• Ability to establish solid working relationships with team members, suppliers and peer teams.
• Willingness to travel & Intercultural competences

Preferred skills

• Consistent demonstrated history of successful supplier management or purchaser
• Possess strong sense of teamwork, integrity, self-motivation, positive attitude and creativity
• Able to rapidly absorb new facts and techniques
• Motivated to exceed the needs of customers despite internal and external obstacles
