In the Staff Global Fleet Health Engineer, Industrial Storage role, you will resolve fleet wide maintenance and serviceability challenges to ensure that Tesla meets its contractual and performance obligations for a rapidly growing fleet of energy storage sites. This role is an integral part of developing processes and tools to effectively track and highlight risks against operational contractual obligations, and leading technical and commercial discussions on fleet maintenance and efficient obligation delivery.

• Performfrequent fleet wide reviews to identify common failures and frequent sources ofunavailability. Develop cross team strategies for appropriate resolution
• Evaluatemaintenance readiness across the fleet and ensure obligations can be met acrossdifferent contracts and service level agreements
• Investigateand explain trends in historical fleet performance and relay them to ServiceEngineering and Asset Management leadership, with recommendations for fleetactions to drive improvements in service metrics
• Design andmaintain reporting infrastructure to collect, organize, and present data in theform of reports, presentations, graphs, and spreadsheets, providing actionableinsights on performance, status, and problem histories
• Work withData Analysts, Service Engineering and Operations teams to automate andstreamline processes
• Independentlyhandle multiple projects at a time meeting objectives and deadlines

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical or Mechanical Engineering orequivalent experience
• Minimum of7 years of experience in an operations and maintenance, performance analytics,or technical asset management role
• Self-motivated,collaborative individual who can work across teams
• Comprehensiveunderstanding of Engineering Drawings (Electrical, Instrumentation &Controls) used in large scale battery storage projects
• Strongknowledge of power generation equipment, SCADA control and HMI systems
• Excellentwritten and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ademonstrable track record of successfully managing the performance ofoperational assets is a plus
