Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.

• 4+ years of industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering work experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of Industrial Engineering experiences in a semiconductor company and/or assembly and testing company

• Fundamental understanding of manufacturing process and business

• Fluent English ability on speaking, reading, and writing

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Able to work autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Must have strong analytical skill, critical thinking and problem solving abilities

• Interpersonal and effective communication skill

• Familiarity with local and offshore suppliers

• Advanced systems skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Visio

• Capability for Macro, VBA, SQL, Database, Tableau and Power BI will be plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing process improvements

• Experience driving cross-functional teams

• Module and chipset manufacturing flow

• Capacity planning

• MMR and OEE management

• Oracle MRP/ERP Knowledge

• APICS CPIM certification

Education Requirements

Required: Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering
