Thewill be responsible for digital products, digital channel management, solutions/journeys, build of digital platforms in partnership with the tech head for the Wealth Continuum. The candidate must have experience in the following areas of wealth and banking technology:

  • Drive thought leadership on leading edge capabilities, trends and priority applications of Digital in context of Citi Wealth.
  • Defining and delivering the product roadmap for Global Digital Wealth platform, mobile and web applications for wealth in partnership with Wealth Tech and Design team across wealth management and related digital financial services.
  • Experience delivering end-to-end digitization across all core customer solutions/ journeys; marketing, sale, acquisitions, funding, planning, payments, lending, wealth, investments, servicing, research, advise, rewards & loyalty, identity management, authentication and personalization.
  • Candidate should have extensive experience managing and integrating third party technologies against solid product management and commercial principles to build a best-in-class experience and achieve speed to market.
  • Driving reuse and leverage of digital assets across the globe and principle of leverage before building/buying.
  • Identifying and enable incubation of new digital capabilities, skills and digital research and product development.
  • Driving the digital product management with a client centric approach that ensures each solution is built with full straight through process and aligning to real time and instantaneous delivery
  • Building a common framework in partnership with the Wealth Tech head that leverages the power of Citi
  • Proactively managing a pipeline of talent and build external networks to attract top-tier talent while promoting an industry leading technology culture
  • Ensure Citi provides the best multichannel and cross product customer experience globally in wealth.
  • Experience delivering at global scale and complexity
  • Developing, Attracting and Retaining talent to achieve above outcomes

Organizational Scope and Accountability

  • Ultimate accountability for quality of the Digital Channels, Experience, NPS, Metrics (including cost and services), speed of digital delivery provided to Citi Wealth. This includes driving excellence in product & service delivery, safety and soundness, risk mitigation, compliance, financial commitments, and talent management.
  • Right candidate will provide vision, leadership, direction for the Wealth Digital Product and Solutions Organization; and drive organizational effectiveness, execution, delivery, product management, and superior products / services within an environment of continuous learning & growth.
  • Lead a team of employees and contractors located globally.
  • Manage assets to effectively control and utilize budget.
  • Establish and maintain a high performing, open culture based on integrity and strong partnership and financial responsibility.
  • Provide leadership to lead convergence, standardization, and simplification of digital product platforms, infrastructure, processes, and organizations, in coordination with each Wealth Digital Tech Head.
  • Drive disciplines in the area of Financials, Digital Governance, Billing and Program Management in order to have repeatable, high quality and on-time delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with senior business partners, control organizations, other technology functions and external regulators and vendors.
  • Manage global, regional and country-level governance, regulatory, and controls processes to meet all requirement and maintain and address any control, consent and regulatory items to ensure proper operational risk and standards are met.
  • Champion an inclusive and diverse global mindset, find, develop and advocate a deep and diverse talent pool within the organization and offer effective coaching and development.

What You’ll Need (Qualifications)

  • 15+ years' experience in overall Client/Advisor platforms with hands on knowledge and getting into the details
  • 10+ years’ experience managing large or multiple technology development efforts within a major line of business
  • 10+ years' managerial experience directly managing high-performing technology teams with demonstrable and measurable results
  • 8+ years’ experience with enterprise level program/project management, enterprise architecture, digital technology, consulting, and/or management experience
  • Passion for product, design, technology, digital transformation and modernization
  • Consistent record as department head, managing teams and large, strategic cross-functional or enterprise projects
  • Previous digital product, program/project management, digital technology, consulting, and/or management experience a must
  • Multiple experiences defining new digital products, deploying digital-led technology product roadmaps, building collaboratively across a large enterprise, that generates commercial value and shipping at scale
  • Expertise building products that continuously increase investment balances and deepen engagement with banking and lending products with existing customers while attracting new customers at a low cost per acquisition
  • Proven ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization and influence non-directs through data and a vision in a variety of contexts
  • Sharp minded, you think on your feet, quickly come up with innovative solutions and are always one step ahead
  • Deep product and technical knowledge, with the ability to break down the work involved in solving them, and the impact of those decisions on business and product teams
  • Brings a mix of entrepreneurial/intrapreneurial, growth, and corporate-level scaled innovation leadership experience
  • Seasoned, passionate, and mission-driven digital product professional with a demonstrated ability to develop a vision, drive and manage the execution of that vision, and deliver top-tier results
  • Demonstrated client-centric mindset and communication skills
  • A record of fostering a clear vision, translating that vision to action, and delivering products and services that deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Deep consumer product knowledge and passion around emerging technologies and how they will change consumer experience
