AsSr Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer
You will report directly to our, and you’ll work out of ourlocation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hands onExperience with Semiconductor Assembly Equipment: Solder Print, AdhesiveDispense, Gel Ring Attach, Optical Metrology.
- Processing owner for multiple assembly processes
- Drivecontinuous improvement actions for quality thruput
- Read andinterpret part drawings to ensure processes are meeting specifications
- Interfacewith operator, technicians, and design engineering
- Guideproblem solving efforts for machine or quality problems
- Create andmaintain process documentation and work instructions
- Ensure allinternal manufacturing, development, and suppliers are capable and conform tothe customer expectation, product performance, and quality plan.
- Developand maintain company, site, and department metrics.
- Install,Release to Manufacturing and Maintain Semiconductor Assembly Equipment forinitial production launch.
MUST HAVE:
- Minimum of 5 years of Experience in Semiconductor or Electronic Assembly.
- Minimum of 2 years of Experience releasing new capital equipment to Production
WE VALUE:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- 2 years of engineering experience
- Ability to Qualify New Semiconductor Packaging and inspection equipment.
- Demonstrated understanding of process variation, statistical analysis, and statistical controls. Six Sigma Green belt or
- Black belt certification is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
