In this role, you will…
- Lead a team responsible for developing and advancing the iTero intraoral scanner adoption within the Americas market to meet revenue targets.
- Manage cross-functional activities required to encourage continued and/or increased use of iTero intraoral scanners, including clinical education, internal training, sales training and programs, market research, and manage all legal and regulatory reviews to deliver in-market success.
- Drive measurable results by ensuring business critical metrics are defined and proper tracking and reporting processes are in place to analyze progress towards business objectives.
- Serve as thought leader and subject matter expert internally on the intraoral scanner Americas markets. Participate in proactive iTero and Marketing leadership team efforts to achieve company goals.
- Responsible for management, training, and development of commercial Marketing Team to effectively fulfill objectives. Manage the team’s priorities to focus on activities that support revenue targets.
- Ensure strategic messaging for industry tradeshows and educational events. Develop booth, materials, and content to best support iTero business and brand development in compliance with guidelines.
- Track, measure, and analyze impact of marketing investment to optimize resource allocation and drive future strategies/tactics
In this role, you’ll need …
- A proven record of accomplishment of marketing/commercial leadership in a medical device or capital equipment business with revenue scale of tens of millions. Experience in the dental industry is preferred.
- Candidate must have 15+ years’ experience, including marketing B2B experience.
- Strong skills in the development and scaling of portfolio marketing strategies, including prior experience executing new product launches and commercial programs.
- Experienced in development and scaling of portfolio marketing strategies.
- Ability to lead and manage complex matrix teams, including developing roles and responsibilities, objectives, and coaching/development plans. Ability to be effective at all levels in an organization.
- Advanced communication skills, including with critical communications.
- MBA, related degreed, or equivalent experience required
