You will work cooperatively with the global services department, region managers, and country sales and operations teams coherently and consistently to achieve business results and local goals regarding productivity and profitable delivery of services to the installed base. You will report to the Director of Operations and Business Services, Americas iTero.
In this role, you will…
- Drive growth and profitability of iTero services and subscriptions, partnering with Global Services to drive our critical connected services initiatives within the region.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow our recurring service business, including monthly oversight on sleeves, scanner adoption (utilization), retention, renewal, and expansion activities.
- Collaborate with marketing to help develop marketing strategies for the iTero Services business.
- Create and implement business cases for new service introductions to identify the impact of new product features, new business models, and contract management on services knowledge, workflow, and pricing.
- Educate region leaders and partners, support sales efforts with services offering, value, and opportunities, and monitor performance.
- Collaborate with customer service to guide methodology implementation in the region (service contracts scope, value, local guidelines, pricing, new offering, business models, etc.).
- Provide expertise and feedback on product serviceability and customer requests to ensure service and support business needs and requests are addressed in all functions.
- Analyze potential risks associated with the services business and develop solutions to minimize these risks as necessary.
- Travel up to 25%.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of strategic commercial or marketing roles with an emphasis on developing and executing global commercial strategies
- Strong understanding of Services, business offerings, and or relevant experience.
- Experience working closely with regional management and country stakeholders (sales, operations, marketing, and training) and the services global function.
- Dental, healthcare, or medical background is a plus.
- Experience working with and supporting global teams is highly preferred.
