Your Key Responsibilities:• Call Management (service requests entitlement, assignment, registration and monitoring)
• Out of Warranty Services (quotation management, monitoring and invoicing), warranty extension and cost analysis;
• Maintenance Service Agreement
• Invoicing (check customer status with credit team, monitoring payment, invoice issue process)
• Installed Base management
• Spare parts Service inventory management (parts orders, pricing check, movement, shipment document creation, part return process management, warehouse inventory, scrap process
• KPI analysis, monitoring and training for network (such as First Time Fix Rate, Net Promoter Score etc.),
• Service Order management;
• Public tender support for Service areas
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- High school or Degree
- Good knowledge of technical English and Windows Office package
- Good in problem solving and in building good relationships with all people involved
- Attitude to work by objective within a team
