Job Purpose
Support implementation and maintenance of B2B Operations tools,
improving B2B sales processes through punctual reporting of sales activity and achievement progress by channel, clients and sales account and supervise the status of their forecast and support support to coordinate in the most efficient way with timely manner the activities, which are related to the Demand & Supply Forecasting process, the initial part of the Supply Chain Management.Your Key Responsibilities:Propose and support the improvement of the usage for Salesforce.com system
Ensure the establishment of proper communication with sales accounts in order to share targets and progress of target achievements
Checking of production plan and arrivals with related issue (i.e. quality, damages, delays…); and compare them in week of stock analysis
Slow moving stock risk;
Collect sell out data and data input in official
Provide ad-hoc analyses where required (sales analysis by product / channel etc.).
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
Educational Background: University Degree, preferably in Economics or Mgmt Engineering.
Computer Knowledge: Excel
Language Knowledge: Good written and spoken English.
Relational and proactive skills, analytical mindset and precision, goals oriented, willing to learn and work in a competitive and demanding environment.
