What You'll Do:
- Partner with Client Partners and Parter managers to assist with planning, strategizing and troubleshooting campaign executions.
- Analyze campaign reporting, performance and metrics, highlighting revenue-scaling recommendations that align with KPIs.
- Oversee campaign performance, delivery, and benchmarks, contributing to consistent revenue investments from advertisers.
- Onboard new advertisers, creating and sharing training materials + documentation.
- Partner in providing technical support for advertisers, working cross functionally with Product, Engineering, and Measurement team to ensure operational excellence
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years' professional work experience
- Client-facing experience - comfortable working with / presenting directly to Advertisers, agencies and different brands
- Advanced In App Ads and DSP experience
- Proficiency with SQL
- Proficiency with data visualizaiton tool (i.e. Tableau/Looker)
Preferred Qualfications:
- Programmatic advertising operations experience
- Proactive approach to campaign management, i.e. ability to quickly identify underperforming campaigns, isolate the root cause, and propose solutions to solve.
- Experience working in ROAS performance marketing environment with familiarity of AdTech, measurement approaches, and optimization levers.
- Strongly preferred: Experience working with restaurant advertisers & agencies
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$101,000 per year - USD$112,500 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$101,000 per year - USD$112,500 per year.
