Territory Sales Representative

As a Territory Sales Representative (Graphics Specialist), you will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the most innovative people in graphics world. Here, you will make an impact:
- Establishment and Achievement of Objectives: Effectively manages assigned territory. Understands sales goals and establishes self-directed sales coverage with manager's assistance.
- Sales and Marketing: Applies marketing policies, procedures and plans; utilizes an effective selling process to achieve sales results. Demonstrates and trains internal and external customers on product knowledge, applications, systems and procedures.
- Coordination and Planning: Plans and manages time and resources for effective coverage of territory, communications, and other responsibilities.
- Administration: Maintains and communicates account and prospect information, maintains company resources, and sales support materials.
This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Five (5) years of Sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Current, valid Driver’s license
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Bachelor degree with a major/minor or emphasis in Sales (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Experience in the Distributor model business plan
- Sales experience in the Graphics / Signage business
- Distribution sales experience
- Strong computer skills, MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Ability to demonstrate product and processes in front of large groups
- Weekend travel necessary from time to time to attend trade shows and sales meetings.
