- Work with OEM to plan PRQ qualification builds, secure materials, line readiness and monitor progress PRQ builds- Manage component readiness to ensure part availability, quality and cost- Manage, plan and seek approval for PRQ budgets- Communicate requirements and schedules to facilitate technical readiness with supply chain teams.- Program manage key issues, assess associated risks and communicate clearly across all levels of organization. Report current status and options for resolution to cross-functional teams and management.- Influence product manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness in pursuit of low cost and flexibility while stewarding quality
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, project management, process engineering or product development
- MS or BS Degree
- Strong leader, self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented, hands-on and results driven.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to management
- Technical expertise and prior OEM management experience
- Solid communication skills and ability to build strong relationship to influence cross functional teams.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
