- Plan capacity and lead factory development / line readiness budget. - Handle component readiness to ensure part availability, quality and cost. - Communicate requirements and schedules to facilitate technical readiness with supply chain teams.- Influence product manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness in pursuit of low cost and flexibility while stewarding quality - Program manage key issues, assess associated risks and communicate clearly across all levels of organization, report current status and options for resolution to cross-functional teams and management. - Program manage laser etching, inbox documentation, labeling, as needed.
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, project management, process engineering or product development and product launch
- Result oriented and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to management
- Prior OEM management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Supply Chain/Operations, Science or Engineering. Masters or MBA are considered a plus.
- Ability to travel internationally 20-25%.
