Sales Technology Strategy:
- Develop and execute a sales enablement technology strategy aligned with business goals to optimize Sales performance and outcomes.
- Identify and evaluate sales enablement tools and platforms to improve sales productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to understand needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
Implementation & Integration:
- Lead the implementation of new sales enablement technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing CRM and other sales tools in partnership with our internal technology partners.
- Work closely with IT, sales operations, and external vendors to manage system integrations and data flow.
Platform Management & Optimization:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of sales enablement platforms, ensuring optimal performance.
- Monitor and analyze platform usage, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure platforms are updated with the latest features and best practices.
Data & Analytics:
- Leverage analytics tools to track key performance metrics and measure the impact of sales enablement technologies
- Provide reporting and insights on tool adoption and usage metrics to sales leadership, driving data-driven decision-making
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and align technical solution: ideation, scope, objectives, deliverables, impact areas, and success criteria
- Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales enablement tools with broader business objectives.
- Act as a liaison between sales teams and technical teams, translating business needs into technical requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field.
Proven experience managing and implementing sales enablement tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, Groove).
Proficiency with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and data analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Zapier, APIs) and data management best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proficiency with Gong and Highspot are strongly preferred
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce, Highspot) are strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Experience in B2B enablement
- Experience working with a global team based in multiple time zones
- Experience in both start-ups and large global organizations
For Atlanta, GA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$88,000 per year - USD$98,000 per year.
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$99,000 per year - USD$110,500 per year.
For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$99,000 per year - USD$110,500 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$110,000 per year - USD$122,500 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$110,000 per year - USD$122,500 per year.
For Washington, DC-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$110,000 per year - USD$122,500 per year.
