JOB DESCRIPTION

We have an opportunity for a to join us at Honeywell , in Bucharest. To be successful in this role you will have some years of experience in customer support or some technical knowledge and excellent German language skills. .

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate work assignments for a team of internal and external field service engineers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland as well as Worldwide as applied to various types of industrial thermal process maintenance, commissioning and troubleshooting tasks. The diary is populated and organized up to 1 year ahead.
  • Evaluate the scope of labor – duration, staff, skills, spare parts, tools, additional equipment needed.
  • Quote customers for field service assignments.
  • Coordinate field service appointments.
  • Monitor customer documentation – technical drawings, operating instructions, safety instructions, risk assessments etc.

Key requirements:

  • Excellent German language skills.
  • Good English language skills.
  • Excellent customer relation’s skills.
  • Customer service or sales experience, t echnical background will be considered as advantage
