As a Workflow Coordinator Associate I within the Implementation team, you are responsible for overseeing and managing the workflow processes within the EMEA Onboarding organization. You will work closely with various teams/regions within Onboarding to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Job responsibilities:
- Develop and implement assignment processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze workflow performance and make recommendations for improvements and utilize workflow management software and tools to track and manage tasks.
- Coordinate with different teams/Onboarding regions to ensure smooth workflow operations.
- Assign tasks to team members and ensure that deadlines are met.
- Track the progress of tasks and projects, providing updates to management as needed.
- Resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise during the assignment process.
- Serve as a point of contact between teams/regions to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Prepare and present reports on workflow performance to management.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation of workflow processes and procedures.
- Stay updated on the latest workflow management technologies and trends.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- At least three years’ experience in implementation
- Two (2) years’ experience in project management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently, ensuring that workflows are streamlined and deadlines are met.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and handle competing priorities.
