JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare various reports related to sales and pipeline and present to the leadership team.
• Actual vs plan weekly and monthly financial analysis.
• Analyse month-to-go and year-to-go expectations regarding plan achievement
• Research forecast, prepare and plan analytical information based on competency/sectors/geography etc
• Prepare weekly and monthly presentations to the leadership team which will provide the overview/insight on actual vs plan results.
• Provide the ideas, take initiatives and be proactive regarding the view/graphs/tables for presentation.
• Work and communicate with services /SSL/regions in order to collect commentary, explanations, and clarifications on analysing information.
• Involve in ad-hoc projects.

Eligibility:

• BCOM (Commerce)/MBA Finance or MCOM with 8-12 years of experience in MIS reporting and

Skills and Abilities:

• Independent worker and analytical thinker with ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems.
• Proficient in creating insightful reports and presentations in MS Power Point and Power BI.
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in MS office skills Excel / word / Power point etc.
• Knowledge in macro required. Should be able to automate redundant task
• Knowledge in Power BI/ Other visualisation tools.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to multi-task projects and assignments in order of priority.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, internally and externally
