Job Description

• Support the onshore team(s) primarily on various Strategy and Transaction engagements and pursuits in terms of various Arabic translation requirements (onshore and offshore support), including, but not limited to: PPP feasibility studies, benchmark study, and current state assessment and in conducting primary surveys (B2B), Databook preparation and other Channel 1 and Channel 2 translation requirements.
• Assess and convert the Arabic documents to English and vice versa and participate in review and finalization of documents translated by others.
• The candidate needs to support the onshore team in various project deliverables, proposals preparation, pursuits and business development initiatives based on opportunities and market assessment.
• Ability to contribute meaningful ideas and work productively with other team members as well as on independent assignments.
• Proactively engage with customer to identify, build, and develop new opportunities to propel the team. Adherence of all process compliance as well as timely reporting of facts & figures.

Candidate Profile

• 4-6 years of translation experience (English to Arabic and vice versa) is mandatory; 0-1 year of experience in conducting financial and market analysis (Preference for exposure in Transaction Advisory related activities).
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication abilities (English and Arabic).
• Able to handle Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
• Understanding of financial concepts and ability to perform financial analysis.
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines; must be able to analyse and prioritize assignments; also, must judge the amount of time to spend for the expected outcome, according to the importance of a project and the type of information needed.
• Willing to travel to MENA countries to support onshore client delivery projects.
• Good Business sense and logical reasoning and should be to conceptualize storyboard.
