If you join the Canada Selling Partner Recruitment & Success team, you will help us build scalable online and offline programs aimed supporting our many Canadian Small Businesses selling on Amazon.ca. To be successful in this role you will need to thrive on ambiguity, be able to see the big picture and also execute on a tactical level. You’ll further develop a global mindset, and should be equally comfortable working with marketers, product managers, public relations, and teams ranging from finance to analytics.Key job responsibilities
- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
