About the Role:

The Consumption CoE Global Team is looking for a Finance Operations Specialist. The role is essential for our commercial and finance teams. You'll help track fund usage and create balance statements for deals in the Private Cloud, mainly in the MEE region. Daily, you will work closely with the sales team and manage change requests related to cloud services. At the end of each month, you'll gather fund changes, perform checks and analyses, and prepare Balance Statements. You will also support daily operations while optimizing client satisfaction and maximizing efficiency within our processes. This role supports both daily tasks and broader goals of improving client satisfaction and process efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

· Prepare contract documents to initiate changes in consumption.

· Create monthly Balance Statements and manage Fund balances.

· Review incoming inquiries and perform calculations, checking against contractual documents and consumption records.

· Serve as the dedicated point of contact for internal customers on consumption and cloud related topics.

· Proactively interact with other SAP support teams (O2I, Sales, IT-Support, Commercial, Provisioning, Revenue Recognition).

· Use your initiative to improve processes and drive efficiency in the team.

· Actively contribute to resolving complex cases.

· Analytical profile and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on high-quality results.

· Knowledge of SAP systems and it’s usage. (preferred).

· Intrinsically motivated, willing to learn and to support team colleagues enthusiastically.

· Quick learner, adaptable, able to use own initiative with excellent attention to detail.

· Enjoy working in a fast-changing environment.

· Excellent communication skills, team player, positive attitude and open to feedback.

· Dedicated to customer success with a strong customer focus.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language. German is highly appreciated.

· Student or University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.

· 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling or Related Departments.

· Knowledge of SAP support modules and CRM are an advantage.

· Ability to work with globally distributed cross-functional teams.

· Proven track record of execution capabilities for complex topics.

.· Knowledge in accounting and controlling, process management and equivalent are a plus.
