Work across client functions and EY service lines to build and deliver comprehensive solutions.
Skills and attributes for success
Have 7+ years of combined experience in Management Consulting and/or Product Management.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies for retail and commercial banking portfolios, including credit cards, deposit accounts, loans, lines of credit (secured and unsecured),personalised loans, or automotive finance.
Experience as a product owner within a bank or in-depth knowledge of retail banking products
Advanced skills in banking analytics, especially revenue modelling and performance analysis, and surveying techniques (e.g., conjoint analysis).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to senior stakeholders.
Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen.
Ideally, you’ll also
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an asset.
Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau).
Ability to dive deep into details, facilitate technical discussions, and come back up to craft executive-level messages
