Your key responsibilities

  • Design and implement pricing and revenue optimization strategies for retail banking and commercial products.
  • Partner with senior leadership to lead pursuits, capability development, and thought leadership.
  • Deliver advanced analytics and actionable insights to inform pricing, product design, and portfolio management.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to enhance product performance and customer value.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Function as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work across client functions and EY service lines to build and deliver comprehensive solutions.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Have 7+ years of combined experience in Management Consulting and/or Product Management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies for retail and commercial banking portfolios, including credit cards, deposit accounts, loans, lines of credit (secured and unsecured),personalised loans, or automotive finance.
  • Experience as a product owner within a bank or in-depth knowledge of retail banking products
  • Advanced skills in banking analytics, especially revenue modelling and performance analysis, and surveying techniques (e.g., conjoint analysis).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen.

Ideally, you’ll also

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an asset.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau).
  • Ability to dive deep into details, facilitate technical discussions, and come back up to craft executive-level messages
