• Manage multi-discipline teams to deliver world class design, construction, and consulting projects.
• Effectively lead projects and project teams with diverse technical skill sets and geographic locations.
• Effectively lead civil site design through technical knowledge and collaboration.
• Display strong communication and interpersonal skills and work in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Work to build a cooperative partnership between the client, and all stakeholders to ensure overall success of the projects.
• Collaborate on and contribute to maintaining and building strong client relationship Assist with business development and marketing efforts to help grow the business with both existing and new clients in TN.
• Ability to participate in and lead proposal efforts.
• Drive health and safety in all aspects of project execution including field, office and personal environments.

• Bachelor of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related engineering field
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience of water and wastewater projects
• Project management, design delivery, and business development experience with water and wastewater treatment, collection and distribution projects
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivation, collaborative work practices, strong data analysis and technical problem solving, and a strong organizational approach.
• Ability to lead and work with multi-disciplinary teams on complex infrastructure projects.
• Current PE license in Tennessee or the ability to obtain a professional engineering license in Tennessee.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
• Masers of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related engineering field
• 15+ years water and wastewater projects
• Recent experience working with clients in the TN market
