KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Guide and manage the operational excellence initiatives to drive processimprovements and enhance customer experience.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify operational gaps anddevelop solutions to address them.
• Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to streamlineprocesses and improve efficiency.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas forimprovement.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills andknowledge of the customer experience team.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure theeffectiveness of operational excellence initiatives.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progressof operational excellence initiatives.
