− Engagement with GenCos, RE Park developers, TSPs, C&I customers, CEA, CTU, Grid India etc. for technical discussion, representing Siemens Energy FACTS solutions, supporting business development activities for FACTS portfolio.− Provides support in market forecasts for FACTS solutions, in coordinate with GT Sales to improve our footprint in T&D market.
− Provides multidisciplinary technical expertise, assist in optimizing the overall solution.
− Responsible for Technical pre-sales and sales activities like preparation of optimized solution to meet customer requirement, lead technical offer preparation.− Evaluation of tender documentation and requests of the client
− Leads preparation of Technical Bid / Technical Proposal, techno-commercial risk & opportunity profile, technical negotiations, proposing alternative solutions or modification in requirements, ensures that proposals are technically feasible and compliant with customer requirements working along with engineering experts.
− Assists strategic developments (solutions, process, proposal & vendors), to improve competitiveness.− Awareness of internal and external competing Products & Solutions.

− Proven experience of 12 – 18 years in similar roles with minimum 7 years of experience in FACTS Design & Engineering, Business Development and Product & Solution Portfolio Management.

− Degree / Postgraduate in electrical engineering or power system

− Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel & Power Points and working knowledge of MS office tools like MS Projects, Power BI etc. added advantage.
