Job Description

Senior Manager – Tendering and Operations, Public Health

Tendering Work:

  • Keeping track of all tender process, Pre-Tender process before floating of tender/All tender process activities till awarding of bids/post tender process as delivery, inspection, signing and submission of necessary documents at various levels.
  • Responsible to implement and manage pricing activities. Pricing Strategy : recommends a pricing policy, competitors scenario analysis, find opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Responsible to create and manage pricing tools, systems and KPI’s, pricing waterfall between channels, PV, Gross Margin and Pricing Lists control, ensure all global standards are followed.
  • Owns and drive the overall tender process including co-ordinating for all necessary documents and always submitting all tenders centrally before due date.

Business Support & MIS:

  • Appointment of Distributors, Service Providers as per the required protocols of the organization
  • Preparation of Annual business Plan, Co-Ordinating, following up and reviewing the implementation of the business plan.
  • MIS, Data Analysis and follow up actions to improve the tender participation, business conversion wrt account potential, and KAM performance.
  • Ensure proper Stock Forecast, Stamping and Allocation.
  • Payments, Credit Management & Risk Audit:
  • Credit Management, Monitoring & collection of accounts receivables.
  • Ensure all Expenses of the business unit are made subject to all prior approval and keeping a tab on the same.
  • Track Actual vs Planned expenses and call out deviations in advance.
  • Collection of all stages of payment after sale, EMD / BG refunds
  • SPOC for all Audit process of PHI division.

  • Ability to priorities and complete tasks efficiently and independently with a high degree of accuracy

  • Ability to co-operate and communicate internally with primarily sales and marketing.
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines.
  • Highly driven, energetic and result – oriented

Education, knowledge, Experience & skills-

  • Graduate or equivalent required, preferable MBA in business/Sales/Marketing
  • Overall 5+ relevant experience – experience in a high growth environment
  • Solid analytical skills – can use data to draw distinct conclusions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Spoken and written fluency in English.
