You need to have a proven track record of successfully developing and managing client engagement strategies inclusive of both proprietary and industry events and sponsorships. As a Vice President, you will work in partnership with other regional and global event marketers, Payments Marketing, Compliance, Finance & Business Management and key senior and executive stakeholders.
Job responsibilities
- Oversee an end-to-end portfolio of events for Argentina and across the region, both for LATAM Payments and across the CIB, developed and driven by business priorities.
- Manage locally-based Event Marketing Associate.
- Manage data, analytics and reporting for event portfolios to focus on client impact and ROI.
- Strong experience and skills with content creation, agenda development and speakers – ensuring the Marketing value of events are realized for the business.
- Finding and providing unique experiences for clients and ensuring that all events are showcasing the J.P. Morgan brand and consistent with global standards.

Required qualifications and skills
- BA degree or equivalent
- Fluency and proficiency in Spanish given interactions with mostly Spanish-speaking countries in Latin America.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in events management or hospitality. Work in event marketing, marketing or a related field.
- Expert in Microsoft suite, especially Excel (i.e., pivot tables, V lookups and macro is a plus) and PowerPoint (i.e., interactive links, incorporate audio/visual icons, animation); proficient in SharePoint
- Proficiency with firm-wide systems or ability to quickly learn systems
- Requires early mornings and occasional late nights or weekends, as well as travel (approximately 20%)
