Role Expectations
  • Lead strategy related to sales process, productivity, territory management, and point-of-sale effectiveness.
  • Ensure current tools and processes are designed to generate sales effectiveness, remove roadblocks, and drive efficiencies in the field.
  • Proficient in compensation planning, plan effectiveness, GTM strategy, developing and tracking KPIs.
  • Utilize a product development approach to lead and design long term vision for Salesforce.com to ensure its maximum potential.
  • Enable two-way communication to stakeholders by leveraging and utilizing industry best practices, data, and insights.
  • Lead Sales Operations organization in development of necessary IT requirements to support the Americas Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Must be a technology-enthusiast leading several platforms including SFDC.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to lead/support quotas, accrual runs, and compensation planning for AMS.
  • Lead a team of Sales Operations leaders to simplify the complex and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and internal stakeholders to define skill gaps, desired outcomes, and success criteria.
  • In partnership with Marketing leaders, define and prioritize GTM approach while utilizing customer segmentation and targeting.
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, MBA Preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years in sales operations, strong analytics experience, and optimizing work processes
  • Proficient in programming and analytical skills: MS Office (Excel, PPT), Salesforce, SQL, PowerBI, and mapping software.
  • Multinational experience with demonstrated ability to manage remote teams preferred.
  • Sales Management and medical/pharma experience preferred.
  • Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering results and an ability to inspire their team to do the same.
  • Strategic thinker with a Sales mindset to build win/win scenarios to drive impactful deliverables and outcomes.
  • Proficiency in building models using MS Excel with ability to draw inferences and insights.
