What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key restaurant partners, helping them maximize their success on Uber Eats.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business metrics , leveraging data-driven insights to drive growth.
  • Problem-solve with a hands-on approach, addressing challenges and unlocking new revenue streams.
  • Manage joint business planning , ensuring partners are engaged, aligned, and thriving on the platform.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize partner experience and operational performance .
  • Meet and exceed commercial quotas , focusing on driving business impact and retention.
What You’ll Need
  • 1-3 years of experience in account management, business development, or a similar commercial function.
  • Customer-facing experience , with a proven track record of meeting business targets or delivering against quotas.
  • Strong ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Project management skills , capable of developing and executing detailed joint business plans.
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills , both verbal and written.
  • Resourcefulness and adaptability —you thrive in a fast-moving environment and embrace challenges with a proactive mindset.
  • Highly autonomous, able to work with minimal oversight while driving results.
  • Fluency in Spanish and Business English .
Preferred Qualifications
  • SQL skills are not required but would make your day-to-day much easier.
