- Problem-solve with a hands-on approach, addressing challenges and unlocking new revenue streams.
- Manage joint business planning , ensuring partners are engaged, aligned, and thriving on the platform.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize partner experience and operational performance .
- Meet and exceed commercial quotas , focusing on driving business impact and retention.
What You’ll Need- 1-3 years of experience in account management, business development, or a similar commercial function.
- Customer-facing experience , with a proven track record of meeting business targets or delivering against quotas.
- Strong ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Project management skills , capable of developing and executing detailed joint business plans.
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills , both verbal and written.
- Resourcefulness and adaptability —you thrive in a fast-moving environment and embrace challenges with a proactive mindset.
- Highly autonomous, able to work with minimal oversight while driving results.
- Fluency in Spanish and Business English .
Preferred Qualifications- SQL skills are not required but would make your day-to-day much easier.
