Key Responsibilities:

  • Take active part in the design/execution of the HR support area’s strategic business plan andmanage the HR plan aligned with these plans.
  • Execute Cluster People and Culture Strategy & Priorities across defined geographic areas.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic guidance on talent/ team/ organizational development & partner up with relevant parties to bring these to life.
  • Implement HR strategies and initiatives to drive employee engagement, talent development, and organizational success.
  • Work closely with Regional and Cluster HR teams and the HR CoE functions to ensure all key activities and processes are fully aligned with needs and priorities.
  • Ensure harmonized implementation of people related core processes and key initiatives in defined geographic areas.
  • Maintain a high level of communication with line managers and contribute to strategic workforce and organization planning, team engagement and development. Actively support business initiatives and business needs with effective People measures and promote positive employee engagement.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and the HR function, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Drive development initiatives, in close co-ordination with talent partners, in the areas of training, career and succession planning as well as leadership development efforts.
  • Address and resolve complex employee relations issues in collaboration with relevant global and regional teams, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Supports the business on HR budget planning in his/ her responsibility area.
  • Track key HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Leading Cluster level HR projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure high employee engagement at every level in his/her team through effective motivation, coaching, training and development initiatives.

  • Experience in managing complex mid to large size projects within HR
  • Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills to all employees including senior management
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and the ability to lead teams to execute HR basics flawlessly
  • Demonstrated capability building and facilitation skills to all employees including senior management
  • MS-Office skills, SAP experience

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Post-Graduate with specialization in Human Resource with 15+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources Management of multinational company with experience in HR Management, Rewards and/or Development
  • Proven strategic HR business partner, who supported business partners and contributed to the further development of standard/global HR tools and programs
  • Experience in handling complicated employee relations issues including union drives/organizing attempts, discrimination claims, sexual harassment investigations and downsizing.
  • Experience in leading HR team on acquisition/divestiture and integration of a new organization is a plus.
  • Fluent in English language
