Your Career

You will have the opportunity to drive significant value for our global ecosystem organization, thereby impacting the success of our company at large. You will be responsible for leading the operational components of our partner compliance program in conjunction with channel sales leadership and our Global Partner Experience team. In addition, you will act as our team’s liaison with our Data Governance organization to ensure data hygiene related to SFDC, Quoting Tools, fiscal year planning, territory management rules, etc. This position requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity, indirect routes to market (resellers and distributors, system integrators, service providers, technology partnerships, etc.), channel programs, systems and tools in support of a sales organization, and the creation, management, and execution of end-to-end solutions.

Your Impact

  • Support the NextWave partner program compliance process as a subject matter expert and ensure compliance data is accurately recorded in the PRM system
  • Project manage partner compliance process changes (e.g., system level BI and data changes, partner level changes, exception process handling, notifications to partners, etc.) in collaboration with the partner program team
  • Provide broad based operational support to our NextWave partner program, particularly by responding to inbound requests from channel partners and internal partner ecosystem stakeholders
  • Manage incentives and rebates related to partner referrals and master agents
  • Implement process and system improvements, partner program changes, and create enablement material for the Ecosystem sales organization and partners
  • Assist with integration tasks related to corporate acquisitions - data cleansing / integration exercises, partner onboarding support, and working with the partner program team to develop necessary communications
  • Initiate and establish strong trusted partnerships with key stakeholders at all levels in the organization to ensure alignment and ongoing effectiveness
  • Assist with tool maintenance and clean-up projects (SFDC hygiene, etc.)
  • Manage and execute ad-hoc projects

Your Experience

  • Experience in Ecosystem sales organizations (partners, distributors, cloud service providers, system integrators, etc.)
  • Experience with supporting a partner program and its various components (e.g., onboarding, compliance, deal registration, rebates and incentives, partner master data management, etc.
  • Building and distributing enablement and training materials on various Ecosystem sales operations processes
  • Experience with SFDC, PRM tools, data governance / data hygiene activities, and Experience in identifying Ecosystem process issues, building recommendations and implementing strategies to optimize performance
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for all levels in the organization
  • Change agent with stakeholder / client management experience
  • Effective communicator that can get participants passionate about topics being presented
  • Experience with G-suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides), ServiceNow, and SFDC (sales hygiene, reporting, maintenance)

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be between $100,800/yr to $163,000/yr.
