Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of EA experience supporting VP, SVP or C-level executives, high tech industry a plus
- Experience managing complex calendars, including prioritizing meetings, video calls, and resolving scheduling conflicts proactively.
- Experience managing admin teams and working collaboratively across large admin orgs
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure, with flexibility to adjust priorities on short notice.
- Ability to build relationships cross-functionally.
- AA or BS degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Apple products including, Calendar, Numbers and Keynote
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professionalism and tact when interacting with senior executives and team members.
- Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a multifaceted environment.
- Event planning experience with focus on providing a fun and creative approach to team activities
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $41.00 and $73.10/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
