Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional administrative support to Executive quickly building context and understanding of the leader's priorities in service of ensuring that they are able to spend time on the most important things. Support high priority projects and requests.

  • Serve as inspirational leader of Tech Ecosystem EABP community to build connection and ensure coordination.

  • Partner closely with Sr EABP peers in support of CEO Staff Leaders.

  • Partner across organizational boundaries to deliver outcomes with EABPs and others.

  • Build a keen understanding of the Tech organization – the vision, business direction, and mission.

  • Manage complex and detailed calendars, coordinate travel and arrangements, manage and reconcile expense reports and maintain organizational charts and email distribution lists.

  • Take initiative on researching, implementing, and improving systems and processes for Tech Ecosystem and EABP community.

Bay Area California: 55.00 - 77.00 /hour

Qualifications

  • 10+ years working at the Executive Assistant level; experience supporting C-level executives preferred.

  • Highly proactive, takes ownership to anticipate needs and adept at managing-up and downstream to ensure deliverables are met timely and accurately.

  • Trustworthy with demonstrated ability to exhibit a high degree of condentiality and integrity and exercise excellent judgment at all times.

  • Collaborative team player who makes teams better and focuses on helping the bigger team win.

  • Ability to tame organized chaos and juggle multiple deliverables while remaining calm and composed.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.

  • Advanced Outlook calendar management; expert level knowledge of Windows desktop computer applications, Microsoft Office, Google Suite/Workspace.

  • Strong organization, project management and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced environment with limited supervision.

  • Ability to take on new challenges, to learn and grow.

  • Ability to identify business issues and coordinate an appropriate response with key stakeholders.
