You will be joining the infrastructure team for building the multichannel customer engagement infra platform used by thousands of companies across the globe in a variety of on-prem, hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
We require an expert Linux and AWS Infrastructure Automation Engineer to join our growing team. This is an opening to join a fast paced team focused on automation to design, build, deliver infra for multiple product offerings. In this high impact role, you will have the freedom to ado, expand, learn and be responsible for the forefront technologies working with a very dedicated group of engineers.

Bachelor’s degree with 4- 8 years of experience.
Extensive knowledge on Ansible automation.
Preferably looking for candidate who worked on FedRAMP environments using AWS Gov Cloud.
Experience with Linux servers in Cloud environments and hands on experience on Redhat, Centos, Ubuntu and AWS Linux.
Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining services such as Bind, Apache, MySQL, Nginx, keepalived, pacemaker etc.
Proficient with network tools such as iptables, Linux IPVS, HAProxy, etc.
Should have good experience in OS hardening (CIS) and security implementation.
Should be ready to take up any kind of opensource software’s installation and configuration.
Should have good knowledge in identifying and fixing the Vulnerabilities.
Should have good knowledge in system logging.
Should have experience in user management.
Experience in Cloudformation, Git, Jenkins, Ant, Puppet, Ansible, Terraform, boto3, AWS CLI Scripting
Experience in deploying on docker containers and Kubernetes
Managing the complete AWS life cycle, along with security, provisioning, and automation
Experience in designing and building environments using automation on AWS, which includes working with services like EC2, ELB, RDS, VPC, EFS, Redis, Route53, ACM, IAM, KMS, WAF, Cloud trail, CloudWatch, Elastic cache, Kafka, SNS, SQS, and S3
Experience in integration of identity providers to Linux eco system like LDAP, Microsoft AD and Duo.
Coordinate with support team end to end for solving and problem resolution
Positive Demeanour, quick learning, good communication skills.
Able to work independently or as part of team with a minimum of supervision.
Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well occasional weekend maintenance
Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and social skills
