In this role, you will impact the efficiency, safety, and performance of our aerospace products by ensuring that they meet the highest quality standards through rigorous testing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a test environment
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
WE VALUE
- An understanding of data acquisition products and industry standard processes, specializing in High-Speed Data Acquisition with specific knowledge in various types of sensors, eg. accelerometers, thermocouples, pressure transducers, strain gages.
- Knowledge in using acquisition products such as: DEWESoft, Data Flex, and Agilent
- Hands-on experience with laboratory hardware (oscilloscopes, optical spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, OTDR, etc.)
- Ability to consistently make timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness.
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with other individuals in a team setting as well as with customers to define requirements and provide support.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- A positive, can-do attitude is required, as well as the ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Excellent planning, execution and project-management skills; consistently taking the initiative to get things done, doing things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
