You will report directly to our Test Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location and our San Tan location, 100% onsite. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, safety, and performance of our aerospace products by ensuring that they meet the highest quality standards through rigorous testing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the drive of new concepts, standards, and processes across functional areas
  • Drive product improvements in a challenging environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of testing activities
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a test environment
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

WE VALUE

  • An understanding of data acquisition products and industry standard processes, specializing in High-Speed Data Acquisition with specific knowledge in various types of sensors, eg. accelerometers, thermocouples, pressure transducers, strain gages.
  • Knowledge in using acquisition products such as: DEWESoft, Data Flex, and Agilent
  • Hands-on experience with laboratory hardware (oscilloscopes, optical spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, OTDR, etc.)
  • Ability to consistently make timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness.
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with other individuals in a team setting as well as with customers to define requirements and provide support.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • A positive, can-do attitude is required, as well as the ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Excellent planning, execution and project-management skills; consistently taking the initiative to get things done, doing things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
